Babyplast 10/12 micro press
One of the smallest fully-hydraulic injection machines — micro parts in thermoplastics up to 420°C (PEEK), plus MIM metals, CIM ceramics, LSR silicone, and wax. Five interchangeable pistons dial in the optimum shot volume.
Vega hydraulic cylinders
IMM-dedicated core-pull and actuation built into the tool, plus ALBA quick-knockout couplers and mold components.
Full auxiliary suite
Material drying, conveying, water chemistry, and standard and high-temperature TCUs — specified and integrated by ALBA.
