Features of MCS Temperature Control Modules
The INTELLIGENT SERIES micro-processor-based temperature control modules, ITC15A, RITC15B, HPC-1 and HPC-1A are designed using future technologies for tomorrow’s plastic industry’s stringent molding requirements. These modules are fully automatic self-tuning controls using selectable AccuComp Cycle or PID power control with fuzzy logic to make intelligent decisions for reliability, precision and minimizing electrical stress on heaters. These controllers come with their state-of-the-art touch key front panel controls with universal symbols, Ramp Start to prolong heater life and dry out of heater moisture, open loop (manual), closed loop (automatic), built in diagnostics with alarms, energy efficient and user friendly.
